By providing such information, you expressly authorize Automerce Solutions to:

• Access your seller accounts, store dashboards, advertising accounts, or CMS platforms for the purpose of setup, configuration, optimization, and management as described in your service agreement
• Collect payment method credentials or billing information to process invoices, subscription fees, advertising spend, platform fees, or other project-related charges on your behalf
• Utilize temporary developer or administrator access to integrate payment gateways, configure automation workflows, install applications, or deploy technical solutions that require system-level access
• Store access credentials in encrypted, secure environments only for the duration necessary to perform the engaged services

Automerce Solutions does not sell, transfer, or misappropriate client credentials or payment information for any purpose other than delivering the services you have contracted for. All personnel with access to such information are bound by confidentiality obligations. Upon project completion or account termination, credentials are deleted or returned as agreed.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Automerce Solutions does not sell, trade, or rent Personal Data to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
